Marcon hits the jackpot with new Oasis
Marcon has completed the fit-out of a new Oasis adult gaming centre in Newtownabbey. The exquisitely designed interior was completed within a challenging 5 week period and is now open to the public.
Oasis is at the forefront of providing tasteful premises for adults who enjoy pay-to-play gaming, providing a space which is stylish, mature and hospitable.

The personable approach from the Marcon team and their professional attitude during the project was noticed by our team. The standard of the finishes throughout are exceptional, which is exactly what we look for.
The project required a full interior fit-out, installation of a new shopfront and external signage. New ceiling rafts were installed in conjunction with a complete M&E package with feature lighting and a new air conditioning system.
High end carpet and tiling are used throughout the interior to give the venue a real sense of luxury, which is also evident in the feature refreshments bar.
The quality theme is continued within the washrooms which are finished to a very high standard as are the staff kitchen and manager’s office.
Martin McErlean, Contracts Manager, Marcon adds “We are particularly pleased with the quality of the finishes throughout and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Oasis and their design team. We utilised the expertise of our specialist joinery workshop to manufacture and install the many bespoke joinery items throughout which allowed us to control the high quality of the finished product.
Oasis operates five outlets in Belfast and has one each in Lisburn, Newcastle, Aldergrove, Larne, Bangor, Aldergrove, Coleraine and Ballymena.
