Marcon has successfully completed the fit-out of Hinch Distillery in Ballynahinch, Co Down.
The 30,000 sq ft, two-story building includes a large whiskey and gin distillery producing the Craft Hinch Irish Whiskey and Ninth Wave Gin brands. The new building features an interactive visitor centre, coffee shop, brasserie restaurant, pub, retail area, reception, retail, induction rooms, still viewing, tasting room, function room, outside courtyard space and multi-purpose events spaces catering for weddings and corporate events.
Fully trained guides will bring visitors on an interactive and informative journey that will include a history of Irish whiskey and its unique distilling process, tutored tasting sessions, a specific gin tour and the opportunity to produce and bottle their own gins. The visitor centre will be able to accommodate more than 100,000 visitors a year.
Marcon completed the entire fit-out of the new build distillery. All specialist joinery within the new distillery were produced in our manufacturing facility demonstrating the exquisite quality of our joinery products.

Today the Visitors Centre is celebrating yet another milestone. Hinch Brasserie is now open and Guided Tours will launch in the coming weeks.”
