Marcon Fit Out

Chopstix has added another venue to its growing portfolio.  The new restaurant is located within the Brent Cross Shopping Centre in London, bringing the brand’s UK and Ireland portfolio to over 80 sites.

Marcon were appointed as Principal contractor to deliver the 5-week fit out scheme, creating a new eatery with seating for around 60 customers and occupying a space of approx. 1,200 sq ft within Brent Cross Shopping Centre in London.

The works included the partitions walls to accommodate the new layout, MEP installations, flooring, furniture, and bespoke Corian counters.  The interior also references the brands signature vibrant wall graphics and signage.

This is the ninth Chopstix store completed by Marcon.  Other locations include Livingston, Canary Wharf and Brixton, both Transport for London sites and within St David’s shopping centre in Wales.
