Project Description:
Marcon were appointed to deliver the refurbishment and reconfiguration works at London Luton Airport’s new My Lounge project to replace the existing Aspire Lounge.
My Lounge has a laid-back, loft-style feel, providing a relaxing environment for up to 155 guests. It has been developed to the latest specifications and features a range of amenities providing passengers with a first-class experience before travelling.
Scope of works include
- construction of internal partitions and doors,
- alterations to the existing lighting,
- new mechanical and electrical installations,
- new walls, floor, and ceiling finishes,
- specialist joinery work, – all loose furniture was manufactured in house using textured rift oak with integrated metalwork, reclaimed oak and Corian
- new kitchen equipment,
- wayfinding signage.
