Project Description:
Marcon were appointed as Principal contractor to deliver the retail fit out of a new 4000 sq ft Guess Store at Ashford Designer Outlet.
Works were carried out to retail sales floor and back of house facilities and consisted of:
- Wall display units
- Formation of new partition walls and plasterboard down stands
- Flooring to front and back of house
- Decoration
- Installation of new furniture including counter area and external and internal signage/ graphics.
- Electrical and Mechanical works included new fire alarm
- HVAC installation and upgraded lighting to suit new floor layout.
