Building Success. 20th Anniversary Gala Ball Celebrations
Last week, we had an incredible gala evening at the iconic Titanic Belfast to celebrate our 20th Anniversary in Business.
Over the past two decades Marcon has grown from strength to strength and this celebration was a chance to reflect and share stories of the past 20 years and celebrate our success and our achievements together. During this time we have become one of the UK and Ireland’s leading fit-out specialists in the industry. This would have not have been possible without the dedication, hard work, and passion of our incredible team.
Our founding directors, Mark O’Connor and Mark McElroy both spoke on the night about their vision 20 years ago and about the culture that exists today. Mark O’Connor said “Over the years we have built a strong diverse and professional team delivering fantastic projects, working for some amazing and supportive clients who understood what we were about. Today we can see that Marcon is a special place cultivated by our employees both past and present. Our success is testament to our people, our values, our principles and our culture. This is what defines us as a company. To all our employees thank you very much for everything you do for Marcon, thank you for helping create what we are today”
Mark McElroy added “20 years ago, we set out with a vision, a dream, and a commitment to excellence. Tonight, as we celebrate 20 incredible years, we look back not just on our achievements, but on the journey that brought us here—the hard work, the challenges, and most importantly, the trust and collaboration of all of you. Together, we’ve built something very special. Here’s to the future, to new opportunities, and to the next chapter of our shared success.”
