Marcon is proud to announce the successful completion of a stunning new Kurt Geiger store at Kildare Village, delivered within an impressive seven-week construction programme.
Kildare Village, is home to over 100 luxury outlet boutiques and is a premium retail destination, attracting visitors from across Ireland and beyond.
The Kurt Geiger project comprised a full fit-out of retail areas and back of house facilities, creating a beautiful and bright new store for the iconic British footwear and accessories brand, which is known for its bold fashion statements and high-quality design. This new store marks an exciting chapter in its continued retail expansion, offering a chic and contemporary environment to reflect the brand’s vibrant identity.
The project was not without its challenges. With high-level ceiling and wall works required, extensive scaffolding was used to ensure safe and efficient completion of all installations.. Additionally, the works were carried out adjacent to live retail units and a busy service yard, demanding careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to the surrounding environment.
“Our team is incredibly proud to have delivered such a high-spec store in such a tight timeframe,” said Site Manager, Michael Moore. “It’s always rewarding to see a space come to life like this.”
Contracts Manager at Marcon, Paul Maginn, added: “This was a challenging but rewarding project. The end result is evidence to the hard work, attention to detail, and dedication of everyone involved and we wish Kurt Geiger every success with the opening.”
