Project Description:
Marcon were appointed as Principal Contractor for the refurbishment and fit out works of existing premises to provide a new commercial depot facility for Howdens.
The projects generally consist of change of use from a light industrial to create a new 10,000 sq ft commercial depot. Each facility contains retail trade counter and ancillary offices as well as a presentation studio and meeting rooms.

Full scope of work across the various projects incorporates:
- Strip out
- Installation of steel framed mezzanine structure and flooring

- MEP Installations
- Fit out of internal ground floor office accommodation and display rooms
- Fit out of warehouse areas
- Installation of high-level external signage
- Alterations to external hard-standings
