Marcon has successfully completed the fit-out of a new store for local artisan coffee brand Synge & Byrne at The Junction Retail outlet in Antrim.
This is the fourth store delivered for the brand with other stores located in Newtownabbey, Derry, and Belfast.
The whole ethos behind the Synge & Byrne brand is to create interesting spaces. No two Synge & Byrne interiors are the same, each store is designed to reflect its location and building style, making each one quite unique.
The scope of works delivered by Marcon, incorporated full redecoration and fit-out with new tiling and flooring; partitions; wall panelling and graphic wall finishes, as well as mechanical and electrical services, including feature lighting and updated sanitary facilities; Stainless Steel Kitchen area and new shop front signage.
All the bespoke joinery elements such as Patisserie/Coffee counter and booth seating were manufactured at Marcons’ specialist joinery facility, allowing complete control over quality and manufacturing lead times, enabling the fast-track programme to be achieved.
Project Manager at Marcon, Ross Mullan, commented: “After a difficult year for everyone in the hospitality industry it’s great to see things moving again. We are delighted to continue our relationship with Synge & Byrne, and really pleased that the new store is now complete, in time for the governments easing of restrictions.”
Works completed at the start of July and the store is now open to the public!
