McDonald's, Liverpool Lord St.

This project, spanning 10 weeks, 2 of which had the store open and trading, has transformed one of the UK’s largest McDonald’s restaurants boasting over 400 seats at almost 9000sq ft.

We delivered a full refurbishment and IRLX conversion across all 3 floors. The new “Essential Ingredients” décor scheme creates a fresh and modern dining atmosphere. A key feature is the installation of 3 new table service lifts, allowing customers to enjoy their meals conveniently delivered to their tables on any floor in the building.

For the first 2 weeks of the project we worked on the upper floors ensuring the store was able to continue trading while we carried out our works, Reducing the closure period helped the sales preventing any major disruption or downtime for our client.

The kitchen and back areas have also undergone a complete remodel, featuring new wall, floor and ceiling finishes throughout the project.
