Marcon were appointed Principal contractor for the fit out of a new Flagship Miele Store at Wigmore Street in London.
The Miele store is located within an existing listed bank building, adjacent to active trading retail units. Given the central location, listed building status and ongoing pedestrian and vehicular traffic, Marcon ensured robust project management processes were in place, through the implementation of comprehensive health, safety and waste and traffic management plans in place ensuing all works were undertaken with no disruption.
