Project Description:
Marcon has successfully completed the fit-out of the new Yangtze at the popular Bluewater Shopping Centre in London.
The new concept is the latest design for the popular oriental food brand. Taking 3 weeks to complete, the fit-out consisted of the strip out of the existing unit, M&E installation, fabrication and installation of the feature Corian counter, bespoke joinery manufacture, tiling and decoration.
This is the first new concept fit-out in a major roll out for Yangtze across the UK.
To date Marcon have completed 8 fit outs for the Yangtze brand. Scope of works across these projects includes: mechanical & electrical installations, partition walls, ceilings, floors, wall finishes, joinery items, Corian counters, signage and various bespoke items for front of house. Locations include:
